Student Leadership

Our Senior students have the opportunity to lead in various areas of the school. Our Leaders set positive examples of behaviour, and responsibility and participate in all facets of the school. 

House Leaders:

Our students foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students in their houses. They organize social events and activities to promote interaction and engagement from all our students. They develop their communication skills and share important information with their house members.

Sports Leaders:

Our sports leaders run sports at lunchtimes in the summer, organise resources for students during lunchtimes and help organise school-wide events. Our leaders promote and demonstrate fair play and are excellent role models on and off the sports field.

Kapahaka Leaders:

Our Student Leaders promote and develop Kapa haka in our school. They lead our Powhiri and are part of our Upper Hutt Cluster Te Kāhui o Ngā Hau e Whā Kapa Haka Group.

Enviro Leaders:

Enviro Leaders spearhead sustainability across our school. They drive eco-friendly initiatives—from paper recycling and greening projects to student-led action campaigns. ICT Leaders ICT Leaders champion digital learning and technology across our school community. They support classroom technology setup, assist peers and staff with digital tools, and model responsible digital citizenship.
